Skeleton Shuffle
A downloadable game
A skeleton guitarist rocks out in a graveyard, and you keep him in one piece. Hit the skull gems on the beat; miss too many and his bones start falling off.

Each gem you hit plays the lead melody, so the song is only as good as your timing. Hold the long notes, skip the pumpkin bombs and fire a Soul Surge to double your multiplier when the jar is full. Lose Spirit and the skeleton drops his ribs, his arm, his jaw; a Perfect can snap a bone back on.

- 13 songs: 8 originals like Bone Rattle Boogie and Theremin Thrash, and 5 public-domain classics rocked up: Danse Macabre, Hall of the Mountain King, Night on Bald Mountain, a Chopin funeral march and a Bach toccata.
- 4 difficulties: Easy with 3 lanes up to Expert with 5.
- 4 boss duels: Mortimer the Gravedigger, Troll King Grumblebone, Death the Fiddler and Czorn the Mountain Demon, who cast hexes like Fog, Mirror and Quickstep.
- A 13-step story across 4 venues: plus a shop of 25 items: band members, guitars, outfits, highways and charms.
- Graveyard Shift, Night Shift and Practice: an endless mode, a daily challenge with a modifier, and a practice mode. 5 stars per song and 12 achievements.
- Phone or keyboard: tap the lanes on a phone; D F J K L and Space on desktop. Progress saves in your browser.

On a phone, tap the lane column when a gem reaches the glowing ring, hold your finger down on long notes, and tap the Soul Jar in the top-right corner for a Soul Surge. On desktop, press D F J K L or click the lanes, and press Space to surge. Skip the pumpkin bombs!
It runs in your browser on phones and computers, no download and no sign-up. On the site you can also race up to 3 friends in Score Battle, climb the daily leaderboards and play the Daily Challenge.

We're two developers building a free Halloween arcade at halloweengames.online, 27 games and counting. Honest note: our games are made with an AI-assisted pipeline (AI drafts code, art and voices), and we play, check and fix every game ourselves before it goes out.
